This was the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long, long time. I bid the job out (24 gauge standing seam roof) and Adam's bid was most competitive. There was not a single delay other than those created by weather and some unrelated issues of my doing. The demo was done in a day and a half, all debris ended up in the dumpster. The crew putting on the roof was outstanding and cleaned up after that phase. All told, a 5-day job, and I have a beautiful roof.
