I met Mr. Chamartin(owner) only recently, in person, and on a whim, asked if hed be willing to look at a couple.relatively small roof repair projects that i need done but urgently. But i diddnt want a full roof replacement. He immediately texted me his professional contact info, and was very willing to accommodate MY relatively small residential roof project requests. The roofer and assistant(?) he sent were respectful, & patient listening to my requests & questions. And though it was after 4:30 in the afternoon, after making sure we were in agreement about what needed to be done most urgently , they we're still willing to get after it & confident they could complete it, which they DID very quickly & efficiently the two young men cleaned up all roofing materials, trash and nails--as I have dogs that was an important request. Mr Chamaritan stopped by as they were finishing the job answered.questions i had. & took the time.to get up on my roof to confirm future project specifications . Adam is very honest. He fixed the problem quickly and was not trying to ramp up the cost or try to sell me a new roof like some other companies. I valued his responsiveness and honesty above all which is hard to find in this industry. He warranties his work too which is important for me. I had a metal roof that is old and had some repairs done since I was dealing with water damage. His team sealed everything and were very careful/thorough. Highly recommend!
